I have found some of my favorite photographic subjects wandering the washes of southern Utah. When I found this Ponderosa Pine tree standing amongst these gorgeous maples, I couldn’t help but be reminded by the night sky, and how the trunk of the pine tree was somehow leading your eyes through the maze of stars.
