On a frosty, autumn morning on the prairie, I found this patch of grass, heavily weight down by the overnight dew. In the glowing pre-dawn light, the dew that had turned to a light glaze of frost reflected the blue hues of twilight. Finding a composition I liked, I set up the camera, composed quickly and started a long exposure to capture the soft, low light. The results were exactly as I had hoped.
